Haily Group is on a roll, recently BusinessToday highlighted the news of the group securing an RM27 million residential construction job in Tebrau, and now it has bagged another job in Johor for RM23.7 million.
The Johor based group via its construction unit Haily Construction was awarded the contract by Factor Synergy which is part of TA Group for the development of 66 units double-storey terrace house (22’ X 75’) on sub-lot 1 to 67; 1 unit security guardhouse; 1 unit Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”) sub-station (Double Chamber); 1 unit entrance gateway to the Project, 1 unit Phase 1 notice board; and Infrastructure works to serve Phase 2 of the Project.
It will commence work immediately and expect completion by the end of April 2023 a total of 18 months. Haily Construction Sdn Bhd is primarily involved in the building construction of residential and non-residential buildings. Residential buildings consist of single and multi-dwelling buildings while non-residential buildings consist of commercial, purpose-built and industrial buildings. As a G7 CIDB registered main contractor for residential and non-residential building construction projects, we are responsible for the total project including the external built-environment covering civil works and infrastructure works within the project area, as well as the phsyical buildings.
