Advancecon Holdings Berhad through its subsidiary Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd has been awarded the RM23 million earthwork job by Sime Darby Property Bukit Raja.
The appointment comes as the property developer looks to start earthworks and other related works for the development of Phase 1 at Bandar Bukit Raja 2, Klang, the contract period is for 2 years.
To give perspective, Bukit Raja township is a massive project by SDP with mixed property development of residential, industrial, and commercial which has been in development for more than 5 years now.
Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd is a leading construction company with over 25 years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure works. The group primarily is involved in the provision of earthworks and civil engineering services, which is a sub-sector of the construction industry in Malaysia.
