Bursa Malaysia Classifies Serba Dinamik PN17

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has announced that Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad has triggered the criteria pursuant to Paragraph 2.1(d) of Practice Note No. 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, thus classifies the company under the PN17 list

The Exchange has also stated it will continue to monitor the progress of Serba in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements. The company entered the list despite submitting its audit report, however, the latest 18-month financial statement shows the company making losses of over RM185 million. (see the story here)

Serba Dinamik, has been in legal confrontation with the Security Commission over alleged misinformation in its audit report and has since had its shares suspended on the Stock Exchange, the group is also challenging the suspension.

With regards to PN17 lists, other companies that have been included in the list is below. As of 7 January 2022, there are a total of 24 companies under PN17 and GN3 which represent 2.65% of the total number of 905 companies listed on the Main and ACE Markets of Bursa Securities.
