Gadang Holdings Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gadang Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd had accepted a Letter of Award for a contract from TM Technology for the design and development of Klang Valley Data Centre (Block 2 in Cyberjaya.
The contract value is estimated to the RM280 million and for a duration of two years, commencing from 24 April 2024 until 23 April 2026.
The company notes that the contract is not expected to have an immediate material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share, and gearing for the financial year ending 2024. However, it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings for the financial year.
