Salcon And Berjaya JV For Water Treatment Projects Locally And Abroad

Salcon Berhad an engineering firm established in water and wastewater treatment is kicking off the year by signing a JV deal with Berjaya Infrastructure which is involved in a similar industry to undertake water-related projects in Perak and Kedah as well as overseas in Indonesia and China.

Both parties have agreed to jointly collaborate their resources to undertake selected infrastructure project(s) within and outside Malaysia with effect from the date of the agreement.

Dato’ Richard Curtis, Chairman of BISB said, “BISB’s extensive infrastructure experience and strong financial structure combined with Salcon’s proven track record and experience in Malaysia and the region, will bring many synergistic benefits. This strategic partnership with Salcon will enable us to strengthen our capabilities and seize opportunities to meet critical needs in the water and wastewater sector.”
