AXA Affin General Insurance Berhad (AXA) has teamed up with Setel to provide motorists with a fast, secure and simple way to purchase their car insurance digitally.
Setel users are able to purchase AXA’s motor insurance plan – SmartDrive Enhanced easily through the Setel app, with AXA being the first insurance provider that Setel has onboarded.
Customers can now receive an instant quotation, purchase motor insurance and receive their e-policy, all from the app, on top of that they are able to earn Mesra points with every motor insurance purchase through the app. Flexible and customisable coverage options are offered to users.
This collaboration aims to address the changing consumer behaviour these days, customers are going digital to purchase and renew their motor insurance, while expecting services to be instant, effortless, personalised and affordable.
