Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC) announced its Raya Aftersales promotion, which will run from 15 April to 31 May 2022.
“With our Ford customers planning to ‘balik kampung’ and travel for the upcoming Raya holidays, we hope this service promotion will help them stay safe on the roads while enjoying more savings,” said Turse Zuhair, Managing Director, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford.
SDAC is the sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia.
Customers who book a service during the campaign period will enjoy savings of up to 20 percent on lubricant, timing and brake packages in addition to 10 percent on labour fees for these packages. They can also save up to 20 percent on selected parts. Other offers include add-on services such as alignment and balancing, basic air conditioning service, polishing and sanitisation.
For added peace-of-mind, all Ford owners can also take advantage of the free 27-point vehicle inspection conducted by Ford-certified technicians to ensure their vehicles are in tip-top condition.
In their official statement, it assures customers that only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are used when servicing at any Ford Authorised Service Centres nationwide. And they also come with a warranty of 12 months or 20,000km, whichever occurs first, excluding wear and tear parts.
“For added assurance, all Ford Authorised Service Centres are staffed and equipped only with Ford-certified technicians and diagnostic tools,” the statement stressed.
“Customers can easily book a service appointment online via the Ford website anytime and from anywhere for their desired or closest Ford Authorised Service Centre.”
“For five authorised service centres nationwide namely, Ford Ara Damansara, Ford Petaling Jaya, Ford Juru, Ford Butterworth and Ford Kuching, the real-time e-Service appointment booking option is available. This allows customers to immediately know available time slots as well as select and confirm their preferred schedule (up to one month in advance).”
