KPower Berhad, via its Powernet Industries Sdn. Bhd. a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Magnitude Resources Sdn. Bhd. for the proposed disposal of its industrial land and property in Bentong, for RM12.0 million.
Group Chief Executive Officer Amirul Afif Abd Aziz said, “In further efforts to accelerate our rebranding, restructuring and recapitalising initiative, we have made a decision to divest our non-core assets and deploy our resources to focus on our core business in the sustainable energy and utilities sphere.”
