SHB made the announcement that the Company (in this case a Purchaser) had on 10 August 2022 entered into a Binding Offer (BO) with DLT Enterprise Pte. Ltd. (in this case, a Seller ) for the Proposed Acquisition of the entire interest in Watt Wah (in this case the Target Company) for a total purchase consideration of SGD1,600,000 or MYR5.20 million.
The BO is subject to a definitive share and purchase agreement and other documents related to Proposed Acquisition (Acquisition Agreement) to be entered into between the Company and DLT.
However, a detailed announcement on the Proposed Acquisition in compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities will be made upon execution of the Acquisition Agreement.
