LBS Bina Group Berhad has taken home yet another win for the Top Ten Developers Award 2022 at the BCI Asia Awards (BCIAA), honoring the most commercially significant developers all across Southeast Asia.
The BCI Asia Top 10 ranking of developers for 2022 were conceived to showcase an international overview of their most significant contribution towards sustainable architecture in the seven regional markets across Asia. LBS Bina’s relentless efforts in expanding above and beyond building affordable homes but to also build communities that are sustainable and environmental-friendly is a major contribution to its steadfast growth during the pandemic and provided a seamless transition into the endemic.

This year alone, we managed to vacant possession a total of four projects, namely KITA Impian and Harmoni @ Cybersouth, LBS SkyLake Residence @ Puchong and Vines 3 at Cameron Highlands. LBS Bina has also surpassed its year-to-date sales target. To me, all of these are the testaments that LBS Bina is offering the right product at the right time to our target audience, be it for first time homebuyers or those looking for an upgrade. The BCIAA 2022 gala dinner was held on August 26 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur and was graced by the President of Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID), IDr Lai Siew Hong.
