Destini Berhad has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Alpha ESS International Pte Ltd to distribute energy storage systems in Malaysia.
Singapore-based Alpha ESS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alpha ESS Co,. Ltd., a China-based company that is one of the global energy storage solution and service providers that specializes in the manufacturing of battery storage products and intelligent energy management systems for residential and commercial energy storage applications.
Under the terms of the agreement, DESS gains exclusive rights to locally distribute energy storage systems for residential and commercial applications, electric vehicle chargers plus storage solutions, and any other new products developed and manufactured by Alpha ESS Group.
Both parties would also work together to identify business opportunities globally, which would extend the distribution exclusivity for any international market where the group is able to secure businesses.
