Naim Holdings Berhad has informed that it has been awarded the project known as the Proposed Construction of Wisma Melayu at Salak Land District from Amanah Khairat Yayasan Budaya Melayu Sarawak.

The contract is said to be for a period of thirty months commencing from November 2022, (being the date of possession of the site) at a contract sum of RM73 million.

However, Nain said the risk factors affecting the Project include changes in economic, political, and regulatory environments and operational risks such as completion risk, fluctuation in prices of construction materials, and shortage of materials and skilled labour which the Group would take appropriate measures to minimise.
