Comintel Corporation Bhd has accepted a letter of award for Construction And Completion Of Construction Completion Of Main Building Works And Infrastructure Works from Mightyprop Sdn Bhd for RM227 million.
This is with respect to a proposed development comprising one block of forty-eight storey (671 units) serviced apartments with a garden and water tank on the rooftop level above the five floors of podium comprising facilities, business space (27 units), 1 unit 11kv substation and carpark as well as four levels of basement parking in Damansara Perdana.
The total contract value for the contract is RM227.6 million and will commence on 30 January 2023 and to be completed within thirty-two months from the commencement date.
The Contract covers the Construction And Completion Of Main Building Works And Infrastructure Works in respect of a proposed development on Plot 9 Phase 3 comprising. Comintel expects the contract to provide an additional income stream for the Group over the next three financial years.
The Contract will have no effect on the issued share capital of the Company but it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Group for the financial years ending 31 January 2024 to 2026.
Comintel recently took over the abandoned Empire Damansara project after Mammoth Empire Land the developer of the project went into liquidation.
