Sime Darby Motors says it has secured over 1000 orders for its BYD electric vehicle in the first two weeks of its launch.

The distributor has one BYD showroom in TREC KL on Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur, and has plans to open three additional showrooms by mid-2023located in Ara Damansara, Penang, and Johor.

The BYD ATTO 3 has a battery range capable of traveling up to 480km on a single charge, providing drivers with peace of mind. It comes in two variants, priced from RM149,800 for the Standard Range and RM167,800 for the Extended Range, the model offers five colour palettes, namely Surf Blue, Parkour Red, Boulder Grey, Forest Green and Ski White
