Crest Builder which has been securing mega condo deals lately has secured another property contract, this time from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd for the Construction and Completion of 3 blocks of condominium in Putra Heights.
The property which also includes a car park podium based on a ‘Design and Build’ contract is estimated to be worth RM 250.52 million.
The contract period set out in the letter of acceptance is thirty-six months from 2 February 2023 to 2 February 2026. Crest Builder says the contract will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital and on the substantial shareholder’s shareholdings.
he Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Group for the financial years ending 31 December 2023 and onwards.
