The cost of the driving test and license for class B2 motorcycles, taxi, bus including e-hailing vehicle licenses will be fully borne by the Federal Government.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced the matter when presenting the Federal Budget 2023 in Parliament today. “The government also agreed to cover the driving test fee for class B2 motorcycle licenses and taxi, bus and e-call licenses,” he said, who is also the finance minister. In addition, he also announced RM300 million to support micro-businesses by women and youth entrepreneurs in addition to an allocation of RM330 million through Tekun.
“They will be given capital to start delivery services using motorcycles,” he said.
