Bank Muamalat Offers Moratorium To Those Affected By The Floods

Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad has announced a special flood relief which includes a moratorium on financing and replacement of debit and credit cards without any payment to affected customers.

The President & Chief Executive Officer of Bank Muamalat, Khairul Kamarudin said “Bank Muamalat believes that as an Islamic financial institution, we are responsible for playing an important role in supporting and helping the community in these difficult times.”

The bank hopes that this immediate step will provide relief to individuals and businesses in their efforts to rebuild affected lives and businesses. Affected customers can contact the bank to discuss the matter on any problems regarding their financing payment matters following the floods.
