Celebrate a ‘flavourful journey’ at KL’s Hotel Maya this Ramadan

Celebrate the holy month of Ramadan with flavourful recipes from Malaysia’s diverse region along with international favorites at Maya Brasserie, Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur.

Welcoming guests with beautiful garden concept, Secret Garden Buffet Dinner offers more than one hundred choices of diverse cuisines, with signature dishes such as Salmon Fish Head Curry Nyonya Style and Chili Mud Crab. Main course includes Steam Patin Fish Chinese Style, Telur Itik Masak Lemak Belimbing Buloh, Udang Sambal Hijau and Fried Lala Thai Style.

Diners will be spoilt for choice when they visit the restaurant’s food stalls showcasing specialties from different regions in Malaysia as well as Italian, Asian and Mediterranean cuisines. To start, diners will revel in traditional Malay ulams, salad bar, fish crackers and fruit pickles. The Warung Raya & Ubi Kayu Rebus features traditional Ketupat Palas, Lemang, Serunding and Kuah Kacang. Crowd favorites shall be Satay Ayam, Bihun Sup Utara and Murtabak Ayam with special condiments to complement each item. If you fancy Italian food, Buon Appetito stall makes delicious Bolognese, Carbonara and Marinara pasta with choices of fettuccine, linguini, spaghetti and penne.

Mediterranean flavors will be at Dessert Rose stall with Nasi Arab, Chicken Mandy and Kambing Bakar served with special sauces. Excite your palate with Thai authentic recipe made with freshest ingredients such as Somtam, Kerabu Soo Hoon, Kerabu Maggi and Lok Lok. Reminisce childhood snacks such as Apam Balik and savour a delicious assortment of local sweets and pastries such as Sagu Gula MelakaBubur Kacang Hijau and Agar-Agar Melayu.

This scrumptious buffet dinner is available at the Maya Brasserie from 25 March to 20 April, priced at RM95+ per person and RM65+ per child (5 to 12 years old) and senior citizens from 60 years and above. All prices are subject to 6% Service Tax.
