Revenue Group in a Bursa filing has informed that its Group Chief Executive Officer Mr. Leong Kah Chern had relinquished his position and will continue to serve as the Advisor of the Group with effect from 24 May 2023.
The group had back in March 21 issued a statement on the resignation of its CEO who later was reconsidering his leaving after discussing with the board.
The group said its present Group Chief Executive Officer, Danny Leong has tendered his resignation whereby the Board has asked him to reconsider his decision, and that the Board understands that he is indeed re-considering.
At the same time, it was actively looking for a suitable replacement.
