Bankruptcy Notice Filed Against Former Green Packet CEO CC Puan

Medinis Sdn Bhd which is involved in multiple businesses including healthcare supply and sales and marketing for HK Financial Asser Exchange has filed a bankruptcy notice against former Group CEO and founder of Green Packet, CC Puan.

CC Puan who is believed to be not in the country is facing liquidation of his assets if he does resolve the matter with the insolvency office. According to sources, the case is with regards to a put option of approximately RM20 million by Ever Regent an investment company associated with the same directors of Medinis.

The notice which was served by the High Court is dated May 24.
