Datasonic confirms receiving the Letter of Extension and amendment letter from KDN to the contract for the supply of the Malaysian Passport Chips or 12.5 million Passport Chips commencing from 1 December 2021 to 30 November 2023.
Under the new contract, Datasonic receives additional orders from the original quantity with a ceiling value of RM37.6 million. This will change the overall contract ceiling value from RM318.7 million with a first additional ceiling value of RM31.3 million and the second additional Ceiling Value of RM37.6 million with the total contract ceiling value now at RM387.7 million.
