Solarvest Offers Rooftop Solar Via Salary Deduction Scheme For PKNS Employees

Solarvest Holdings Berhad has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Selangor Industrial Corporation Sdn Bhd a wholly-owned subsidiary of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor offering residential solar solutions to PKNS employees including SIC via a salary deduction scheme.

Additionally, the MoU will also facilitate close collaboration and information sharing to identify business opportunities to incorporate solar PV systems into new housing development projects for the general public. As SIC’s technology partner, Solarvest will contribute advanced expertise and innovative solar PV solutions to bolster the initiative.

Chief Executive Officer of SIC, En. Ar Wan Muhd Hisham bin Wan Hawari said, “Through this collaboration, we aim to empower our employees and the Malaysian public to embrace sustainable living, thereby fostering a positive impact in the country’s clean energy transition journey.”

“Also, the adoption of solar PV solutions brings substantial long-term savings and acts as a safeguard against electricity tariff hikes.
