Catcha Digital Receives Bursa Approval To Uplift From GN2 List

Catcha Digital which has been classified by Bursa under the GN2 list has submitted its regularisation plan and has announced that the Exchange has given approval for the upliftment.

The group has also issued new shares of 91,013,200 new Catcha Shares pursuant to the acquisition and 126,432,058 Catcha Shares pursuant to the Rights Issue upon which will be granted listing and quotation on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 31 July 2023.

With the completion of the regularisation plan, the group no longer triggers any of the criteria under the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

Bursa after due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter has decided to approve the company’s application for an upliftment from being classified as a Cash Company, the upliftment of Catcha from being classified as a GN2 company will be effective from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 31 July 2023.
