KLCC Property Denies Claims Acquiring Office Tower In Dubai

KLCC Property Holdings Berhad has denied claims that the property manager showed interest in acquiring office tower in Dubai Financial District.

News emerged in Bloomberg and picked up local media, that KLCCP was interested to acquire the tower and issued a statement denying what it called speculation. The group reinstated that it is not a potential bidder as reported.

It was reported on August 2 that Chinese Investment Corp and KLCC Property were among the interested parties, owners Brookfield Asset Management said they may sell 49% of ICD Brookfield Place whose tenants include JP Morgan Chase and Bank Of America.
