Seacera Group Uplifted From PN17 Classification

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad announces that it has resolved to grant the Company a waiver from complying with the Main Market Listing Requirements which requires a Practice Note 17 company to submit a regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.

With the above, Seacera Group Berhad will be uplifted from being classified as a PN17 company effective 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 17 August 2023. The Exchange also emphasised that it will continue to monitor the progress of PN17 and Guidance Note 3 companies in respect of their compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements and ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
