The KL Stock Exchange is seeing hyped activity today with two large conglomerates suspending their share trading to make strategic announcements.
Sime Darby has informed that trading in the company’s shares will be suspended with effect from 2.30 p.m., Thursday, 24 August 2023 pending an announcement.
As such, trading in the structured warrants relating to SIME will also be suspended at the same time
This follows on pending the release of a material announcement involving shares of UMW Holdings Berhad.
