New GM Appointments Bring Fresh Leadership To Dorsett KL, Dorsett Hartamas

Effectively today (September 1), Dorsett Hartamas’ General Manager Peggy Tan will officially helm the entire operations of Dorsett Kuala Lumpur as its newly appointed General Manager.

No stranger to the industry, Peggy was the pre-opening General Manager of Dorsett Hartamas which opened on 8th August 2018 and was instrumental in the successful positioning of the hotel in the city. Prior to joining the group, she was the Hotel Manager of Quincy Hotel by Far East Hospitality in Singapore. She was also previously the Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts Singapore.

With more than 30 years of expertise in Sales & Marketing; and Operation, Peggy will continue to drive and steer Dorsett Kuala Lumpur to attain many more milestones and to chart into new business territories.

Taking over at Dorsett Hartamas as its new General Manager is none other than the vivacious Sophia Natasha Malik. A true reflection to the Dorsett’s tagline of Stay Vibrant, Nat as she is fondly referred to was the General Manager Damas Suites and Residences Kuala Lumpur and Regalia Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Both properties are affiliated properties of Dorsett Hospitality International.

Nat joined the group with more than 23 years of Sales & Marketing knowledge and with her sharp business acumen, will continue to keep Dorsett Hartamas’ flag flying high; importantly to drive the overall business development and performance of the hotel as well as to implement strategic marketing and revenue plans for this dynamic hotel. In her past portfolio, Nat has worked with a few international hotels such as the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur, Pangkor Island Beach Resort, PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur and MiCasa All Suites Hotel to name a few.
