pitchIN Appoints Xelia Tong As COO

pitchIN is pleased to announce the appointment of Xelia Tong as Chief Operating Officer, effective 1 September 2023.

Xelia Tong (pic – second from right) is a well-respected member of the Malaysia’s early-stage investment and fundraising industry. She has held various key roles that includes Malaysia Debt Ventures, Bank Simpanan Nasional, Cradle Fund and most recently, Venture Partner at ScaleUp Malaysia.

Xelia will be responsible for the overall operations of pitchIN that include its Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) and Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) platforms, as well as the soon to be launched Secondary Market platform.

She will be assisted by a strong leadership team that comprise Steven Wong (Chief Technology Officer), Nisa Zulkifi (ECF Head), Faten Nabila (Legal and Compliance Head) and Hanif Tamin (pitchIN Academy Head). A Head of the IEO team will be in place in October 2023.
