UMW Holdings has updated on the execution of the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement and Shareholders Agreement between UMW Equipment Division Sdn Bhd a wholly owned subsidiary of UMW Holdings Berhad and Toyota Industries Corporation.
The group announced that the Closing Conditions specified in the SSPA have been satisfied and in view of this, the SHA is now in full force and effect. With the agreement, UMW Equipment will hold 74% and Toyota will hold 26% of the total issued and paid-up ordinary shares of the new entity UMW Toyota Material Handling Sdn Bhd
