Infomina Bhd (Infomina) appointed a new independent director, Hajar Roslin Mohamad, effective today (Nov 24).
In a Bursa filing today (Nov 24), the group said Hajar, 59, who has almost twenty years experience in the business world, started her career in finance, where she has worked with companies such as Hong Kong Bank, Petronas Bhd and AIA Co Ltd.
She later founded Kool Kutz Inc in 2004, a hair salon before setting up Hajarose, a homegrown Malaysian beauty and haircare brand focusing on Halal, salon-based products in 2016.
