Cuscapi has announced that it had over the 12 months period disposed all shares it held in MyEG in aggregate of 12,075,832 ordinary shares or 0.163% for an aggregate sum of RM11,112,661 in cash.
The group said upon the disposal, it will now no longer hold any shares in MyEG.
The group said the disposal consideration was derived based on the prevailing market price at the point of disposal, the original cost and gain from the disposal is RM11,090,429 and as a result, the company made a gain of RM22,232 from the Disposal.
