Apollo Food Holdings Berhad has requested Bursa for the suspension of its securities trading on Monday ( 18 Dec) pending an announcement by the group.
In an a filing on the Exchange, the Board of Directors of the company has announced that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has approved its request for suspension in the trading of its securities from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 18 December 2023 pending the release of a material announcement.
The request for suspension is made under Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
