AWC BERHAD has announced that it had successfully completed the acquisition of Stream Group Sdn Bhd and Premium Patents Sdn Bhd following the payment of the balance sum amounting to RM99,000,001.00 to the vendors in accordance with the terms of conditions of the share sale agreement.
The acquisition process, which began in September 2023, has now concluded with the fulfilment of all financial obligations to the vendors.
The strategic acquisitions, with a total purchase consideration of RM110 million marks a significant milestone in the Group’s corporate journey as Stream Group will now become a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary.
