Steel Hawk Engineering has secured a contract extension for the provision of onshore facilities maintenance, construction & modification services (Package B: Peninsular Malaysia – TGAST & OSC) from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd.
The company said the contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure and is not expected to have any material effect on tits net assets. It is also expected to contribute positively to the earnings of Steel Hawk Group for the FYE 31 December 2024.
