MN Holdings Awarded RM98 Million Contract For Data Centre Project In Johor

MN Holdings Berhad announce that Mutu Nusantara Sdn Bhd a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company had accepted a Letter of Award back in November 2023 awarded by a customer without mentioning the company, that provide data centre services in relation to a project involving design, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning for high voltage horizontal directional drilling and cable bridge works for a data centre located at Southern Region of Malaysia.

The group shared additional information about this Company A, which is it was incorporated in Malaysia and is principally engaged in data centre services, information technology consultancy services and trading, import and export of data centre equipment. MNHB said it is unable to disclose the identity of Company A as the company is not agreeable to provide consent for disclosure due to the non-disclosure agreement executed with prohibiting the disclosure of information.

The nature of the Contract is to design, build and commission the high voltage HDD and cable bridge works for a data centre. The scope of works comprises of the design, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning for high voltage HDD and cable bridge works for a date centre located at Southern Region of Malaysia.

The total contract value is said to be of RM98 million.
