Contraves Advanced Devices and Contraves Electrodynamics have pulled out their suits against Boustead Naval Shipyard after filing a the Notice of Discontinuance.
BHIC said accordingly Boustead Naval Shipyard had also withdrawn its Striking Out Application against the companies.
This comes after both parties had come to an agreement with the signing of a term sheet whereby BNS is supposedly to settle the RM464 million as settlement.
