Boustead Plantation will no longer be listed on the stock exchange come January 23 2024 as it has informed that the entire issued share capital will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday.
This comes after parent company LTAT acquired the remaining shares in the company after the takeover bid KL Kepong fell through.
The share is currently trading at RM1.57.
