Bursa Securities has issued an Unusual Market Activity query to Tanco Holdings after the group’s share price took a sudden fall today.
The share price plunged 22% today, after opening at 0.65 this morning and dipping to as low as 0.43 around 3pm but recovered slightly to 0.51 at the end of the day.
Tamco has been involved in some mega projects this year including its announcement of its 79% owned subsidiary Midports Holdings Sdn Bhd having received a letter from the Malaysia Marine Department notifying that the Ministry of Transport of Malaysia has no objections to the Proposed Port Project by Midports in Negeri Sembilan.
