Nylex Appeals To Bursa As De-Listing Date Looms

Nylex which was given until 26 January to submit its regularisation plan has appealed to Bursa for further extension of time as the Exchange could suspend the trading of the securities on the 6th market day from the date of notification of suspension.

Based on the earlier notice, Bursa had informed that the securities of Nylex will be de-listed and removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of 2 market days from the Suspension Date, unless an appeal is submitted within 5 market days from the date of notification of de-listing by Bursa Securities.

Nylex board in a sfiling today (26 Jan) said it had submmitted an appeal against the suspension and de-listing of its securities and seek for an extension of time to submit a regularisation plan.

It has also informed that on 23 January 2024 it had appointed Maybank IB as Principal Adviser for purposes of the regularisation plan,
