Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd has accepted the Letter of Award issued by Sunway Lost World Water Park Sdn Bhd, an indirect subsidiary of Sunway Berhad in respect of building a six floor shopping complex in Perak for RM720.9 million.
The award will require the company to do piling, earthworks, sub-structure and main building works for the proposed
development of one commercial block containing a six floor shopping complex, cinema, shops and carpark on the land measuring 19.47 acres, Mukim Hulu Kinta, District Kinta, Perak.
The project is to commence on 1 March 2024 and is expected to be completed on 31 January 2027. SunCon said the project is not expected to have any immediate material impact on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Group for the financial year ending
