Looks like a name change bode well for Binastra Corporation Berhad which was formerly known as Comintel Corporation, the group announced that it had received a letter of award for the construction and completion of main building works and infrastructure works from Exsim Jalil Link Sdn Bhd with a total value of RM369.9million.
The job is in respect of a proposed development of 3 blocks of suites apartments (residential) (1558 units) on part of Lot 38628, Jalan Jalil Perkasa 1, Bukit Jalil, Mukim Petaling, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
The contract shall requires the for the work to be completed within forty one months from the date of commencement which it said will be notified in due course by Architect’s Instruction.
Binastra expects the contract to provide additional income stream for the Group over the next four financial years.
