Maison Boulud Singapore Opens At Marina Bay Sands

Today marks the official opening of Maison Boulud Singapore at Marina Bay Sands, introducing internationally acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud’s unique dining experience to the iconic integrated resort. This venture promises to elevate Singapore’s culinary landscape with Chef Boulud’s soulful French cuisine, inspired by seasons and travels, mirroring the success of its award-winning sister concept in Montreal.

The grand opening of Maison Boulud Singapore, themed “Tradisi Diwarisi, Comeynya Peliter Itu” (Tradition Inherited, The Charm of the Oil Lamp), dazzled over 100 esteemed guests last night.

Attendees indulged in the elevated cuisine amidst live music and stunning views of the Singapore skyline from the waterfront promenade.

Speaking on the occasion, Marina Bay Sands, Chief Operating Officer, Paul Town, lauded Chef Daniel Boulud’s commitment to culinary excellence and passion for hospitality.

This sentiment was echoed by Chef Boulud himself, who expressed excitement about showcasing Maison Boulud’s warmth and charm to Singapore’s vibrant restaurant scene.

The menu at Maison Boulud Singapore offers creative interpretations of classic French dishes, using the freshest seasonal ingredients with influences from around the world. Signature dishes include the seafood salad, lobster pastilla, and Citron Pistache vacherin dessert, providing a delightful culinary journey for diners.

Leading the culinary team at Maison Boulud Singapore is Executive Chef Rémy Carmignani, along with Executive Sous Chef Vincent Yong and Executive Pastry Chef Mandy Pan.

The 146-seater restaurant, located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, features cosy indoor seating across two levels and an outdoor terrace on the upper level.

Maison Boulud Singapore aims to delight guests with lunch, dinner, and brunch offerings daily, alongside a casual alfresco menu featuring crowd favourites from db Bistro.

With its opening, the restaurant adds to Marina Bay Sands’ diverse dining options, promising an unforgettable gastronomic experience for locals and visitors alike.
