Resorts World One Returns For The Summer Vacation With Sailings From Keelung, Kaohsiung

Resorts World Cruises sets sail once again with the return of the Resorts World One, promising an unforgettable summer vacation experience with sailings from both Keelung and Kaohsiung. From July 12th to August 27th, 2024, travelers can embark on special 2, 4, and 5-night cruises to the captivating islands of Kyushu and Okinawa in Japan.

Having made its debut from Kaohsiung in April 2023, Resorts World One garnered immense success, reinvigorating the local cruise sector and attracting a significant influx of inbound tourists from regions like Hong Kong, Macao, and Southeast Asia. Last year’s deployment set new records for the port of Kaohsiung, hosting 138 cruises and over 199,000 passengers, while injecting over 60,000 inbound tourists to the Penghu destination. The tourism output value generated amounted to approximately RM236 Million (NT$ 1.6 billion), contributing significantly to the overall tourism economy.

In light of the overwhelming response and continued support from local authorities, Resorts World Cruises is doubling down this summer, offering sailings from both Keelung and Kaohsiung. This move aims to expand cruise offerings and further stimulate the growth of the cruise tourism industry in Taiwan.

Resorts World Cruises, President, Michael Goh expressed gratitude for the support received and expressed confidence in achieving greater milestones this season. With 14 exciting sailings planned from both homeports, travelers can look forward to new itineraries, convenient departure times, and top-notch services.

“We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all relevant parties and the support given  from the public towards Resorts World Cruises. We had created new milestones last year and  together, we are confident to achieve greater heights this season. As a show of our  appreciation, we are introducing a total of 14 amazing sailings this season from both the  Keelung and Kaohsiung homeports to the Kyushu and Okinawa Island in Japan”, Goh said.

“With these new refreshing itineraries and convenient departure times from two key homeports, we are committed to delivering best-in class services and entertainment with a variety of quality cuisines and offerings,” he added.

A major highlight of Resorts World One is its complimentary access to an onboard Chinese restaurant, offering authentic Chinese cuisine to local travelers. Additionally, specialty restaurants serving Japanese, Southeast Asian, Italian, and Western cuisines cater to diverse palates. With the highest ratio of Mandarin-speaking crew in the industry, coupled with clear Mandarin signages for guest convenience, Resorts World One ensures a seamless and enjoyable cruising experience.

For the upcoming season, Resorts World One will offer regular departures, allowing travelers to plan their cruise vacations effortlessly. Whether embarking from Keelung or Kaohsiung, guests can choose from a variety of 2, 4, and 5-night cruises to explore the picturesque islands of Kyushu and Okinawa.

Early bird promotions starting from NT$ 2,900 onwards for the third guest in the same cabin offer incredible value, with an average cost of less than NT$ 600 per night, limited to 50 guests per sailing.
