Haily Group Berhad announce that the company’s unit had accepted a Letter of Award issued by RDC Arkitek Sdn. Bhd. on behalf of Austin Senibong Development for the construction and completion of residential properties in Tebrau Johor for RM59.4million.
The project known as Phase 6A comprises of 165 units of double storey terrace houses Type A (18’ X 65’); 55 units of double storey terrace houses Type B (18’ X 65’); and 1 unit of main switch station.
Terms of the contract include that the amount is firm price lump sum and no claims shall be allowed for any variation in the cost of wages, material, constructional plant, fuel, duties, taxes, temporary works or transport or anything else whatsoever which may occur during the duration of the contract.
The duration of the contract, date of commencement and date of completion for the sections are from April 2024 to October 2024.
