Yinson Production Offshore Pte. Ltd. announced on Bursa that it has mandated DNB Markets and Pareto Securities as Joint Bookrunners, and ABG Sundal Collier ASA as Joint Lead Manager, to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on 11 April 2024.
The group said the call is for a new 5-year senior secured bond issue of up to USD 500 million may follow. The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue it said will be used to refinance the Company’s existing corporate debt and for general corporate purposes.
