Nationgate Holdings seek to transfer its entire issues share capital from ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia through the accelerated transfer process announced by the Securities Commission recently.
In view of the interest the company is proposing to make amendments to the Constitution of the company so as to be
in compliance with the Listing Requirements and to facilitate the implementation of the Proposed Transfer.
