Prior to joining the team, Kim served in pivotal positions at esteemed establishments such as Pullman KLCC and Berjaya Hotels & Resorts, where she excelled as the Area Director of Sales Marketing.
Throughout her career, Kim has showcased exceptional proficiency in cultivating client relationships, spearheading strategic marketing initiatives, and optimizing revenue generation strategies.
In her new capacity, Kim Ong will oversee the sales and marketing operations for both PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur and Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur. Her primary objectives include enhancing brand visibility, fortifying client partnerships, and driving revenue growth for both properties. Leveraging her extensive network and proven track record, Kim aims to position both properties as premier destinations for both business and leisure travelers alike.
