ITMAX System Berhad and JLand Group Sdn Bhd have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to explore potential business partnership opportunities in the development and deployment of smart city and smart integrated facilities management solutions for township and industrial park developments including those undertaken by JLG group.
This collaboration leverages ITMAX’s position as a recognised integrated digital infrastructure company, as well as JLG’s position as the leader in Johor’s real estate and infrastructure businesses.
ITMAX’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer Mr William Tan Wei Lun said, “Our initial conversations point towards a commercially viable collaboration that provides sustainable smart city solutions, ensuring an inclusive digitalization transition and value-added functionalities to all stakeholders in the relevant communities.”
