Bursa Malaysia Witnesses Morning Decline As Investors Book Profits

Bursa Malaysia experienced a downturn in the morning session today as investors opted to book profits, resulting in a dip in market performance.

By 12:30 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBMKLCI) had retreated by 3.20 points to 1,579.46, marking a decline from its closing figure of 1,582.66 recorded on Monday.

The broader market sentiment remained negative, with 537 losers outnumbering 411 gainers, while 463 counters maintained their positions unchanged.
