Gagasan Nadi Cergas Unveils Bandar Elmina’s Idaman Amani Affordable Housing Project

Construction and property group Gagasan Nadi Cergas Berhad (Gagasan Nadi Cergas) remains steadfast in its commitment to providing affordable homes in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with the launch of its latest affordable housing project, Idaman Amani.

The project, situated in Bandar Elmina, boasts a gross development value (GDV) of RM286.0 million and encompasses the construction of two high-rise blocks spanning an 8.9-acre plot. Idaman Amani aims to address the housing needs of B40 and M40 Malaysians, aligning with the government’s initiative to promote home ownership among these segments of society.

Developed in collaboration with Sime Darby Berhad and the Selangor State Government, Idaman Amani is set to deliver 1,063 semi-furnished affordable apartments. The project is scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2028.

Gagasan Nadi Cergas Berhad, Group Managing Director, Wan Azman Wan Kamal expressed the Group’s commitment to meeting the escalating demand for affordable housing in Greater Kuala Lumpur. He said, “Our emphasis on creating well-designed, modern, and affordable living spaces will make Gagasan Nadi Cergas a trusted brand among homebuyers and enhance the quality of life for future generations.”

The launch of Idaman Amani follows the successful completion and delivery of previous projects, including Antara Residence and Selindung Ulu Yam. Projects like Idaman Bukit Jelutong and Idaman Kwasa Damansara have received positive responses from the public, driven by their contemporary design, strategic locations, and affordable pricing.

Idaman Amani offers partially furnished three-bedroom units with built-up spaces ranging from 1,000 to 1,120 square feet, priced at RM250,000 per unit. Each unit comes equipped with essential amenities such as a television, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets, closets, water heaters, and air conditioners.

In conjunction with the launch of the Idaman Amani project, Selangor State Executive Councillor for Housing and Culture, Tuan Borhan Aman Shah, inaugurated Gagasan Nadi Cergas’ Galeri Idaman in Kwasa Damansara. This gallery showcases the Group’s Rumah Idaman projects, further solidifying its commitment to providing affordable housing solutions.
